CCH iFirm Taxprep for tax preparation. This software is designed for Canadian tax professionals and adheres to industry standards for data protection and compliance. Its server is located in Canada.

TaxDome as our CRM and client portal. TaxDome allows you to securely upload documents, communicate with us, access your files and sign your tax return(s). TaxDome employs robust security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, Amazon AWS hosting and daily backups to safeguard client data. It also complies with major standards like SOC 2 and offers two-factor authentication. It complies with Canadian privacy standards, and its server is located in Canada.
We also implement internal safeguards, including:
