Who We Are
N.J. Wells Incorporated is an accounting firm established in 2019. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, we specialize in accounting services and tax preparation for individuals and businesses. We have a range of corporate clients including investment holding companies and companies in the automotive/repair, artist management, event planning, photography, real estate, wellness and professional services industries.
Through our exceptional client service and professional expertise, we will strive to add value to your bottom line and make your tax compliance process as smooth as possible. MEET OUR FOUNDER
NATALIE WELLS, CPA
President
Natalie discovered her passion for accounting and tax while attending Dalhousie University and received her Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) in Accounting in 2015.
Upon graduation Natalie began her career auditing hedge funds and captive insurance companies within BDO Cayman Islands' Halifax office. During this time Natalie successfully completed the 2017 Common Final Examination and received the CPA Atlantic School of Business Award of Excellence. Natalie received her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in April 2018.
Natalie is passionate about volunteering her time and accounting knowledge when possible. Natalie has been a big sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2018 and she sits on the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Talent Trust, most recently being appointed Treasurer in May 2021. When she is not working, Natalie enjoys cooking, travelling to places with historic architecture, reading, golfing and sailing on the North West Arm.
